I started meal prep for my family 5 years ago because I was TIRED of spending a fortune at the drive through for sub-par food. I've opened up my kitchen to local moms in Northwest Arkansas who want to skip the takeout and enjoy more time with family around the table.

Meals are frozen and store perfectly in your freezer for at least 3 months. Our menu changes monthly and you choose the meal that fits your schedule.
